For over thirty years, Bozzuto Insurance has provided business and commercial insurance throughout California. We serve the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, and more. Dan Bozzuto
President and CEO
Dan Bozzuto is a recognized leader in promoting economic growth and social change within our community. Since 1978, Dan has provided a customer focused insurance agency serving small to large businesses. He has a strong belief in investing his time in building a strong relationship with his clients, which has also been his measurement of success. Dan has modeled the business culture of Bozzuto & Associates Insurance Services to reflect his own core value of delivering the best service possible, strengthening the community, and supporting worthy charitable causes.
Dan currently serves as the President of the Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce and also as a Board Member for the Silicon Valley Chamber PAC. He is also serves on the Advisory Board for Heritage Bank of Commerce.

Jennifer Anderson
Partner
Overview
Jennifer has been a Partner with Bozzuto Insurance for over 25 years. In that time period, she has helped grow the team and culture at Bozzuto Insurance and plays an integral role in the business operations and future planning for the company. She is passionate about creating the best insurance-buying experience possible for customers. Her knowledge and expertise in the industry have helped her design insurance programs for clients that reduce risk while watching the bottom line. Jennifer is a past President for CREW Silicon Valley and was awarded the 2020 Top Female Producer for Acrisure, LLC the 6th largest brokerage in the nation of which Bozzuto & Associate is a member.
Insurance Focus
Jennifer has clients in all types of businesses but she has a very concentrated book of contractors and developers that she loves. She is also very passionate about working with Non-Profits including Affordable Housing Developers/Builders and other important social service sectors of our community.
Interests
Family is everything! Born and raised in the Bay Area Jennifer is thankful to have her children, siblings, parents, AND even grandparents (96 & 94 years young) on both sides here in the Bay Area (with the exception of one child that went to Austin but thankfully that’s a great place to visit). The best days for her are BBQs, swimming, and bean bag toss in the backyard with the entire family. She also loves taking Eska (her husky) to the mountains or the beach to hike. When she needs a re-boot and re-fuel for the job at hand, Maui is her happy place!
Linda Ellis

Overview
Linda started out in the insurance industry at State Farm helping clients with their home and auto insurance. She landed at Bozzuto Insurance in 1995 which coincided with obtaining her Business Finance degree from San Jose State University (Go Spartans!). After graduation, Bozzuto Insurance became her home away from home and it is where she professionally “grew up” and honed her insurance skills. In 1999, she helped open the Bozzuto & Associates brokerage to assist business owners in navigating the world of business insurance and benefits. In 2018, Bozzuto partnered with Acrisure LLC, the 6th largest brokerage in the nation which has provided Bozzuto the bandwidth to help a larger client base yet still maintain the independence to provide boutique-like services to our clients. Linda is a Certified Work Comp Advisor and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist.

Educating business owners and partners on insurance and insurance-related issues. Developing new business relationships and opening up eyes to “the Bozzuto way” of doing Commercial Insurance and Benefits.
Interests
I’m married to the best husband in the world and have been blessed with 2 amazing children and a dog named Snoopy. I thoroughly enjoy watching my kids sporting events and plays, volunteering at their schools, and going on “adventures” with them. It amazes me to watch their personalities evolve and they are continually teaching me something new about myself!
Stephanie Bozzuto
Commercial Insurance Broker
Introduction:
Stephanie is a marketing and sales professional with 13 years of experience in marketing strategy, business development and sales. Spearheading the Southern California agency branch for Bozzuto & Associates Insurance Services, Stephanie is actively involved with the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, California Restaurant Association, and the San Diego Food & Beverage Association. Stephanie stays on top of industry trends, legislative changes, and insurance coverage to keep her clients interests first in mind. Stephanie has the expertise in setting goals, monitoring projects and evaluating results to ensure her client’s objectives are met. Stephanie has expertise in product launches, regional sales, market positioning, incentive programs, budget development and management. Stephanie is a proven leader who thrives on learning and takes great pride in her work.
Interests
Stephanie is a dog lover, Disneyland fanatic, BMW Car Club Member, DIY crafter, camping queen, restaurant enthusiast, and beach-goer. She enjoys living her life to the fullest spending time with the people she loves--both friends and family!
Jennifer Mullins
Executive Vice President
Overview
Jennifer Mullins is a Bay Area native with over 29 years in the insurance industry. She is also a proud graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in finance. Jennifer believes in building and supporting her local community and has been actively involved in local business associations and non-profits over the years.
Insurance Focus
Jennifer holds a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation as her insurance focus is to assist Property Owners, Developers, Builders, and Subcontractors navigate the intricacies involved in developing a risk management and insurance program unique to the building industry.
Interests
Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family after work hours. Visiting lakes, the beach, attending sporting events and concerts are all things she loves to do in her past time.
Jake Lombardo

Overview
Jake has been a valued employee of Bozzuto & Associates since 2003. Prior to Bozzuto, Jake worked in the construction trades for over 7 years.
Insurance Focus
Having a background in construction, Jake has made contractors his main focus offering tailored insurance solutions and risk management services to his clients. He has also worked hand in hand with carriers to create insurance programs specifically built for landscapers and pool contractors
Interests
Jake enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and their chocolate lab Izzy! You can also find him snowboarding, golfing, or coaching his kids' youth sports teams.
Daniel Bozzuto
Commercial Insurance Broker
Education: B.S. in Biochemistry
Designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
Daniel has developed Bozzuto’s Human Services and Technology programs in the Bay Area and Southern California. Daniel has served on advisory committees, participated as a panelist for risk management, and developed exclusive programs for Bozzuto. Daniel is a member of the San Jose Rotary, San Jose Downtown Association, the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, and a Board Member for City Lights Theater Company. Daniel has taken on an additional role of maintaining Bozzuto’s carrier relations. Daniel keeps up to date with trends across the markets and looks for new and customized programs to benefit Bozzuto’s clients.
Andrea Hering
Sales Manager
Overview
Andrea has been part of the Bozzuto family for 20 years. Always putting the needs of her customers first, she’s dedicated, passionate, energetic and her drive is unlike most!
Insurance Focus
In addition to maintaining a large book of construction-focused business, she had developed a sales organization that consistently excesses goals. A natural leader, she is goal orientated and company-focused. Her ability to understand the needs of insurance buyers, negotiate coverage and build relationships has been instrumental to the success of many bay area projects.

Family, sports, reading a good book and vacations, always living her best life!
Pamela Barrett
Benefits Division Operations Manager
Overview
Pam is a Licensed Life and Health Agent and is the Operations Manager for the Benefits Division and has been in the insurance industry for 30+ years. She oversees the Account Management staff as well as provides Customer Service to all of the Bozzuto Insurance clients. Pam works diligently to ensure that our Benefits Division has the best tools and resources for our customer base. She keeps up to date on changing legislative issues pertaining to the insurance industry and ensures that clients receive timely updated notifications of changes in the law. Pam is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, as well as the California & Local Associations of Health Underwriters.
Insurance Focus
Pam is well versed with both small and large group clients on both self-funded and fully insured arrangements. The main focus over the last 10 years has been the Affordable Care Act and ensuring compliance for Applicable Large Employers.
Interests
After raising three sons, Pam now enjoys spending time outside walking, gardening, and enjoying leisure activities. She receives the most enjoyment by spending time with her grandchildren.
